Leaks, Super long wash cycles, Cleaning issues

This dishwasher looks good, but it consistently leaks underneath the door onto our floor. The wash cycles are extremely long and even when it's done the dishes and utensils are not fully cleaned. Would recommend staying away from this model.

Don't Buy This Dishwasher!!!!

Whlie I LOVE my Samsung Galaxy S7 and Samsung TV's........This dishwasher is the BIGGEST PIECE OF JUNK EVER. We bought it to match our Samsung fridge (which seems to be working fine). Unfortunately, this dishwasher doesn't. Even when it was running without problems, it didn't clean very well at all. If you didn't completely wash everything first, they came out dirty still. Even after trying many different detergents. Now I have had to have a repair guy over three times in the past 12 months. It keeps having drain error problems, and had to replace the control board, and the overflow sensor. I have spent almost as much money on repairing this piece of junk as I did buying it.
Pros: quiet
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Trouble Free

Wanted this dishwasher because our large dinner plates fit nicely. But was hesitant to buy this brand because of so many bad reviews online. Now, after nine months use, running a load twice a day, it works like new.
The only thing I don't like about this and other energy saving modern dishwashers is the fact that they save electricity by not really drying the dishes. Rinse agent is nowhere near a substitute for heated drying.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Don't do it... Just don't. Mine hasn't worked since I bought it, I've replaced more parts than the cost of the dishwasher, paid more in labor than a brand new one. Its never worked longer than a week at a time. Love the sleek design, and that's it's only purpose... visual, because it DOES NOT WORK!

Short product life - worked fine for 1.5 years then problems started

Purchased this dishwasher in Feb, 2015. It worked great for 20 months (dishwasher does a nice job cleaning dishes, is relatively quiet). At 16 months, the technician replaced the case break (it took 3 visits to get it corrected). Dishwasher worked for another 5 months and now we are getting the same servicing message.
Pros: cleans well
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality, short life span

Doesn't wash dishes at all, waste of money and time!

This dishwasher is the worst, it does NOT wash dishes and that is the plain and simple fact.
I've rinsed dishes well prior to washing and they still come out disgusting. Even simple glasses of water come out with basic lip marks (not lipstick) and have dirty water and small food particles from other pieces smeared all over the glass. <-- A simple glass used for water comes out dirtier than it went it.
Coffee cup anywhere on top rack looks like neither water nor soap even reaches it, and silverware in any spot of holder has weird dirty markings that i have to re-wipe and clean with basic handwashing/sponge.
There aren't many button options to begin with so its not a challenging dishwasher to use, and i've tried multiple different detergents, followed the few recommendations in the manual of what to use, kept the rinse aid filled etc.
Coffee cup anywhere on top rack looks like neither water nor soap even reaches it, and silverware in any spot of holder has weird dirty markings that i have to re-wipe and clean with basic handwashing/sponge.

Cleans and Drys Poor

I have tried multiple dishwashing soaps from liquid, pods and dry soaps. Half the time it falls out of the tray. I discover it when I am cleaning emptying out the dishwasher. The top rack of the dishes are never dry. Whether plastic or glass.
