Easy to use

I have used these filters for since 2011 and never had a problem taking them out or replacing the filters. They are very easy to use. The instructions are self explanatory and easy to order online. I have never had a problem with ordering online and they always came in days after the order was placed.
Pros: easy to use

Over priced

Although one of the easiest filters to change in any refrigerator I've ever owner, it is also one of the most expensive. Not even sure if it is doing a good job without taking water to be tested. I only use water that's been filtered for my coffee and tea and I'm still seeing a lot of scale build up.
Pros: Features/Settings
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought two filters in a special sale (BOGO). Quick replacement and excellent leak-free fit. I would offer one small recommendation; consider making the filter with an orientation arrow so that when turned to tighten, the date will show in the front. Will make it easier, and this should require minimal label revision. Overall great product.

It was a replacement for the original filter that came with the refrigerator. As required, I replaced the filter at the six-month mark. I am pleased with the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very to install and works fine so far. I gave it only 4 stars because its a little expensive for a recommended 6 months/200 gals. I do run a reverse osmosis system before the filter so I might stretch it out longer.
