It works, the subscription helps keep the water fresh, but managing the subscription is awful. I switched credit cards and wasn't able to update payment so I canceled as the only option. I have to place a new subscription.
Great water filter. I get almost a year out of it due to our really clean water. Removes all the strong Chlorine and other chemical taste from the water.
Due to the design of my refrigerator this filter is very labor intensive to change. The top shelf has to be removed to get the filter out , but the top shelf bumps into the filter as you are trying to get it out, and the filter can't be removed without removing the shelf .
