We are on the subscription plan and it works perfectly. I know when to change the filter by when I get a new filter from LG. It works great and our water from the refrigerator is as good if not better, than bottled water. As long as we have the LG refrigerator, we will continue with the subscription.

Water filter leaking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased LG LFDS2250S fridge 10 months ago. The fridge overall is great and the water filter that it came with worked fine. The genuine LG replacement filters leak. Using ADQ360061 filters as instructed. These are the filters that push in straight with no turning. Is there a better filter that won’t leak?
