Barely lasts 2 months

The only time the filter lasted 6 months was when first bought the refrigerator in 2018. After that the filter has only lasted 2 - 3 months. After this last filter change it’s barely lasted 2 months. There’s no way that my husband and drink/use 500 gallons of water. In such a little amount of time. Otherwise the fridge works fine and we don’t have any issues with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LT700P3 is a great refrigerator water filter. Economical to buy pack of 3 and is very efficient. I don't have any white patches when I take water from refrigerator anymore. With other non LG product, I had issues with it after couple of months and noticed white patches, but this LG water filter is the best and do not have any complaint. This pack of 3 comes for more than a year!
Pros: ease of use, Quality, Style/Design, Features/Settings, Performance
This filter is amazing. I ran motor oil in one side and crystal clear delicious drinking water came out the other side. Try it for yourself. I highly recommend.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered on line for first time rather than purchasing from big box store. Same filters at lower price
Be sure to buy the original LG water filters. If you try and go with the off brand, cheaper ones, they tend to leak as the OEM specifications - particularly with the o-rings - don't seem to seal as well at the LG ones.
