[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these products a few weeks ago, the instructions were easy to understand. I bought 3 air filters and 2 water filters. The installation was effortless for the air filter. The install for the water filter was eady but it was a little challenging to get the door/cover to the water filter compartment closed. But, I was able to eventually close it after 3-5 mins of trying.
