It Leaks, Unfortunately

I'm experiencing the same issues as other folks have reported - the filter leaks, leaving puddles of standing water on the top shelf. I purchased the refrigerator in August and the original filter did not leak. As soon as I installed the new replacement filter purchased from this site, it began leaking.

Hello there! Let's work together to find a solution and stop the leak. To do this, follow these steps carefully: First, make sure that the plastic cap is removed from the filter before installing it. Then, check the O-rings at the end of the filter to see if they are stretched, cracked, or seated incorrectly. If you find any damage to the O-rings, you will need to replace the filter.
