Thien. s product is very nice and works great in our kitchen. We had to remove all doors to get it in the kitchen but they came off easy and reinstalled without any glitches.

Thanks to LG for reminding me that it is time to replace the water filter on my LG refrigerator - which I love! They gave me an easy way to order a new filter. No need to look up product numbers, etc. I really appreciate the LG customer service.

I absolutely love my refrigerator and this is a very good product that helps eliminate the "extra" container so my family can have access to good drinking water. Easy to install also.

Easy to change water filter that performs

This product is an easy change filter that is necessary here where we have poor water coming in that really needs a good filter. The performance is excellent for this area of the country. I change twice a year and have had no issues with the ice maker or water it filters.
The overall design of the filter system and ability to change it easily and quickly helped us decide on this particular refrigerator.

I like the size and location of the filter for the LG refrigerator although I find it a little cumbersome to install. It is certainly doable but not ideal. Otherwise good product.
