Great Service - Thank You

After nearly two years of use, the MyQ opener in the garage had a circuit board failure. I called customer service and they helped me diagnose the problem. A replacement part was shipped that day and the system was fully operational again in one week. Everyone was nice, professional and helpful. They exceeded my expectations!

Great product, but could use more functions

This product was easy to set up and works pretty well. Just a few log in issues when trying to make something turn on or off, open or close. Basically it requires you to try again sometime to operate a light or door. What this product could really use is more functionality. For example, the ability to set a time when a light should go on or off.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I live in the country with no one around. It adds extra security and piece of mind. If someone would break-in and the alarm company calls me I would be able to know if it's a real alarm if the perpetrator opens a garage door or a MyQ light switch. I would receive an email/alert from my phone.
I have 3 Chamberlain garage door opener and it’s great to be able to manage the doors at a distance. I also have 4 MyQ light.
great products.

This is a great add on to my Chamberlain WD962KEV opener. Installed and was running in less than 3 minutes and works great with my phones and tablets. Easy to navigate. So far worth every penny.
Pros: easy install, easy navigation.
