Works well - we have a large dog that drools a lot and this allows us to stay on top of the cleaning. The operation is quiet and it doesn't seem to bother the dog. One caution (sort of). The robot apparently likes to watch TV and it turns on our Visio brand TV whenever it cleans in the same room as the TV.
Pros: Cleans Effectively, Cleans Under Furniture, Easy To Use, Quiet Operation

Great for high-traffic floors and winter messes

I have had the 380 since December of 2015. We have two small children and a Spitz-breed dog, and live in New England so our floors are under a lot of pressure. The 380 has run at least once per day through winter of 2015/2016 and at least 3x per week through spring, summer and fall: it is a great, no fuss way to keep up on the salt, snow, mud and miscellaneous mess that our hard floors are subjected to. By far, my favorite way to use this product is with Swiffer pads (it can use regular Swiffer pads instead of the supplied wet/dry pads) and 99.1% of the uses have run with them. Overall, the 380 keeps the floors cleaned well under the constant use of a busy household, but we also do a thorough traditional mopping every couple of months as a base clean. I have given a 380 as a gift to my in-laws, who love it, and I hope this product remains in the iRobot family for many years to come!

Great Little Cleaner

This little cleaner works great for our terrazzo tile floors. Some are polished, most are"rough" finished. We either use the Roomba first or, for smaller areas, a disposable Swiffer pad to sweep. Then go back with the wet mop. We are using PineSol diluted per the bottles instructions. Works great. Not sure why Roomba does not recommend this cleaner. It does not go through the machine so it can't be due to breakdown of parts/seals. One fill of the Pro Clean reservoir cleans a large area. We are using the washable blue microfiber cloths for wet cleaning. Works well. We have a large, open floor plan home with steps and this machine navigates perfectly. Must have time saver.

It will work sometimes, but more often than not, it doesn't. It starts, but it quits when it bumps into a corner or something. I've done all the book suggests

Stay Away!!!

My 380t worked good for the first year and a 1/2. After that the battery died and the cheap rubber retreads keep falling off. Now its ready for the garbage because it just spins around in circles. If you don't mind by one every two years this product is for you. So sorry I bought it.

Buy only if you are using the sweeping function

Good for dusting laminate floors with swiffers sweepers. Mopping function does not work well. After mopping a small area it stops pushing itself forward and gets hung in one spot. I previously owned a Mint that worked so much better than the upgraded Braava. I would not buy again.
Pros: Good for dusting but not for mopping.
Cons: Misses Spots, Not good for mopping
