Love my Roomba 900, but not feeling the love for Braava

Cons: Cloth dries out before room is clean, Doesn't clean grout, or tiles, Misses Spots, Scheduling functionality missing

I love my Braava 380t But!

I love mine! my only con is the rubber wheels wear out to quick. iRobot did replace my 1st one free of charge after having it for about 6 months. But now I find the new one, which i have had for about 8 months is doing the same now. Yes I do use it about everyday. But i do sweep before I use it but other than that i love it. I would definitely recommend it. I also have a rumba and i will say I love that as well.

This is another great produce from iRobot. I am amazed at how well it cleans. Though it only uses water, it leaves my laminate wood floors clean and shiny. I have mahogany laminate which is a dark wood, meaning that dust shows like nothing else. We live on a farm and raise animals. There is always lots of dirt and dust brought in on our shoes, by our dogs, or simply from the dust from the country dirt road that permeates everywhere. The Braava works slow and serious. It takes care of the daily grime. When things get very bad, like after rain when there is lots of mud, I would still use a mop, however, for the daily marring from farm shoes, it is wonderful! Note: it works great to run the IRobot first to pick up all the loose dirt. Between the two of them, I have so much more free time to get my own work done and my floors look great!

I was using it on a concrete floor. It took forever to clean and left streaks behind. Even though I was in the required square footage the robot did not complete its round and make it through my entire area. I was disappointed and sent it back.

Cons: Difficult To Clean, Leaves Streaks, Misses Spots

Roberta really cleans my floors very well. I'm surprised just water can do this well. At first I didn't like the small area she cleans (and then parks where she started) but now I like that because it gives me a chance to rinse the dirt that it's picked up out the cloth. We have a large working farm and our floors take a beating. I have a roomba 780 aka "Robby" that cleans the whole lower level every night (all hardwood floors) and now I have my lovely Roberta to go after Robby and wash. What a couple!

1) My unit initially had problems. The GREAT iRobot customer service had me back up and operational in no time. They used all available resources to worj with me to include email, chat, telephone etc.... 2)Works well enough I don't have to mop daily in front of the door where the 3 young kids and 3 big dogs come in at!
