Great Machine!

This is a great little machine. Works very well in both modes--damp and dry mopping. It is extremely efficient, makes "doing floors" a snap, and so far absolutely no problems. I do all my hardwood and tile with the Braava.

What a timesaver!

I'm so impressed with this little machine! I've been using it regularly, and now just wash my floors "the old-fashioned way" about once a month. Love it!

Consistently stops working after 5 minutes

My robot works well for the first year. After that, the battery dies, and can only run for 10-15 minutes. So I bought a new battery and it works again. Then after a few months, it consistently plays error sound after 5 minutes, and stops cleaning. After checking the troubleshoot website, everything looks good, and called the service guy, they just ask me to buy a new one. Very disappointed and won't recommend it to anyone.

Cons: Bad battery quality, Short Run Time

It goes in an awkward pattern; seems to go over the same area again and again. I would like it to go across the room but it stops after 5 or 6 feet and comes back. I never know what it did or where it went. It died under a sofa; couldn't find it. The charger is a joke. You have to stand it up against the wall and push the thing into it. Even then the charger often does not make contact and you have to jiggle it around until it fits. Charger gets an F.
Cons: Terrible Docking System, Weak Function

Braava 380t does an excellent job. I'm very impressed. We are living on a Farm and have a house with approx. 5000sqf and two kids and two pet cats, therefore a lot of dirt. I got my Roomba 650 for Christmas two years ago. I use it everyday and it does a good job as well. Now I bought the Braava for damp mopping everyday. It is superb! No streaks to see and I have dark brown tiles and laminate floors. Because of the size of the house, I have to move it from room to room. The only big minus is, the Battery. It does not last at all. I have to recharge it in between cleanings. I wish Braava would be built on the same structures as the Roomba is. They are both a big aid on the everyday cleaning.!

A good buy

It's a nice robot, good for dust. We have 5 dogs all in one room and you can imagine once you step foot in that room you feet turn black, but that's the only way to the pool so in the summer it's hard. Nobody wants black feet but everybody wants to swim. So this thing is a lifesaver after it mops you can feel the difference. Perfect for a busy home, your little one drops Apple juice put press the button and no worries it's got it.

Streaky floors/cracked reservoir pad

I like my irobot although the floor is streaky when it is done. Still, it is clean, I am very busy so it's better than doing it myself. The only thing I really do not like is the way the reservoir cracked so easily. I don't like spending money when I don't have to so I handle this product very carefully. The reservoir cracked in several places and eventually broke open so I have to buy another one. If this happens again, I won't be buying an Irobot again.
