Great vacuum!

Vacuum is a great asset to have! We have lots of hardwood flooring & this helps keep it clean in between my "big" cleanings.

Not as good as Roomba

Bought Braava a week ago because I owned Roomba and thougth it is at the same quality. Tried a few times, but it disapointed me: 1. it needs continious attenssion during it is working, a lot of times it just stopped for no reason. 2. it started to clean a small area back and force, then just stopped working, I guees the navigation system has issues. 3. After its work is done, I need to clean everything, also take it to charge, not as easy as Roomba.
Pros: Quiet
Cons: Can Get Stuck, Does Not Clean Stairs, Frequent Maintenance, Loses Charge Quickly
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Decent for dry mopping, sweeping.

Not much good for wet mopping unless its a small area. Swiffer wet sheets don't work too well cause this doesn't press down on them hard enough. Cloth microfiber pads are better for wet use. For dry sweeping, the dry swiffer sheets and store brand sheets work best, but the cloth pads are OK. Major design flaw: the wedge shaped bot is designed to go under things it can't fit under and get stuck. That was a very bad design. The front edge should be the tallest part to keep it from getting wedged under things.

Cons: Gets stuck a lot, Misses Spots

I absolutely love this. I use it much more than my scooba which I've relegated, now, to my dog grooming room. I have one downstairs and one upstairs. Plan to get one or two more so I can do two rooms at a time upstairs and 2 rooms at a time downstairs. Just as a funny anecdote, one of my dogs, a cocker spaniel, has learned how turn the machines on and off. I have a roomba 900 that is always docked and ready to go if you press 'clean' and Jason - apparently feeling as if I'm not cleaning often enough - will sometimes push 'clean' for me.
Pros: As good mini scooba 200, Can wet mop with 'scrubbing' motion or dry mop, Cleans Effectively, Cleans Under Furniture, Doesn't leave 'marks' like scooba, Easy To Use, Hassle Free Operation, Long Run Time, Much easier to use than scooba, Use on hardwood with no xces water unlike scooba, Whisper quiet
Cons: NO Cons

Expensive Mop That Doesn't Work

We bought the iRobot for Christmas expecting it to work. It worked ONCE and then the second time we tried it, it got stuck, went in circles and could not make a connection with the navigation system. When it did make the connection it would stop. It was very slow. It ended up being a very expensive mop. Save your money!

I would recommend to include a bit more information about how the machine works, especially about the navigation system. More information would help decide what is the best position for the cube. I also wonder whether it would be a good idea to have a scooba that works with a navigation system like braava!
