Pros: Cleans Effectively, Cleans Under Furniture, Easy To Use, Long Run Time
Cons: Constantly have to fill for large rooms, Small Debris Bin, Still runs when empty, would be nice to alert, Very teeny reservoir, no alert when empty

Love this little guy

A few things I do to help out Little Guy out. We have all hardwood floors downstairs. I don't think the sweeping feature adds much value, and it's easy enough to sweep before I set Little Guy on his way. I also spray a little mixture on the floor in the higher traffic areas--I do not put this in the machine. My mixture is hot water, a little vinegar and a drop or two of lavender oil. I would use this on my floors anyway--and with Little Guy, it helps me see where he has been. Because of the large area he covers, I bought another cube to expand his reach. And, I have some extra mopping cloths, too. Overall--very happy with the mopping that gets done! I use this two to three times a week.

Cons: Misses Spots

My New BFF, Kimba!!!

I just purchased my Braava 380t named Kimba and absolutely love her!!! She has (quietly) swept my entire house so far and mopped my bedroom and I've only had her 2 days!! I heard her 'snicker' when I said I had already dusted under my bed and boy was she right, I had to clean the dust cloth twice by the time she was finished. She then mopped my bedroom to a shine!!! I have a husband and 2 rottweilers and so far she has exceeded my expectations!!! I have and will continue to tell everyone how great she is! PS - Customer Service at iRobot is excellent, everyone is sooooooo nice and helpful!

Amazing better than swifter or a regular mop. Very good on tile and hard floors. It is silent no noise whatsoever. Good navigation and edge cleaning. My parents got a Roomba and a Brava in a bundle as we did as a result.

As others have said, will not hold a charge with minimal usage. Paid good money for something that should last at least a year. Unfortunately, this is not the case for this model. Hopefully, iRobot will solve this problem with newer models but I'm done spending my hard earned money for defective merchandise.

about 3 months used and doesn't work at all

I got this Braava 380 as a housewarming gift from my friend in June 2022. I have been enjoying this a lot until this device stopped working. I can't even use this device at all. When I put the mop on(of course it is fully charged), the blue light turns to red. I emailed to the customer service with this issue, but they never come back to me.

I love absolutely love iRobot I got this for my Christmas present and I was like this is so amazing it worked for 5-8 weeks and then it didn't hold a charge I have 5 robots from you all good except this one it's been mopping for like 2-4 minutes and then it stops and spins in circles for 10 minutes and then starts mops 1 inch and spins and says battery low battery low but it's been on the charger for 3 days I'm really disappointed i go to school five days a week and it would be a game changer but no it not I'm really disappointed with this and it's not versatile anymore it just spins
