Great when it works. But it rarely does.

Bought my first iRobot Braava in 2016 and initially was extremely happy with it. The unfortunate thing was that it didn't last over two years. Thinking I just had bad luck with my device, I decided to give it another try so I bought the 380t on the very last day of 2022. We're only a little over 9 months later and I've had nothing but problems. Had to replace the wheels and the battery and now, it cleans for 1 minute and then goes backwards and goes in a circle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I use my Braava at least every other day. Yes, I still have to vacuum at least several times a week, but this gets to all the places that I can't reach with a bad back. I love that it goes in straight patterns and gets around chair legs and corners really well. The pads that come with it seem to work the best on dust, but I also use it with Swiffer cloths, and they work well, too. I did buy extra washable cloths so I have one for each room. I do try to move anything that would get in the way of the Braava before it does each room, so you do have to exert a little effort. Cords and wastebaskets need to be moved. Plus you have to change the pads frequently and move the robot from room to room, if you have large rooms. The navigational device works very well. The other best thing about it is that it is so quiet, and it doesn't bother my dog. I have many people in and out of my home each day, and this is a lifesaver. I only wish it could also vacuum this quietly... Otherwise, I highly recommend this to people with hardwood and tile flooring, particularly those who are sensitive to noise.

Worked good first few times but now it dies right after starting. Will not hold a charge king enough to clean 10 feet. Got this as a bundle with a roomba. Roomba works great this not so much.

I love My "Henry" I Have the Roomba 560 I call her Mable and now with the addition of Henry My floors are always clean. I work about 60 hours a week and it was driving me crazy seeing my floors always needing mopping and no time to do it. i set up Henry at night and wake up to nice clean floors. I use Henry about 4 times a week and Mable every day between the two of them my floors are always clean. Wouldn't want to be without them!!

Ok...so here's the down and dirty on this little robot. Could I do a better job on my hands and knees..probably...am I going to do that...no..so in my book, it's a big fat SCORE!! We have hard wood floors. If I notice something that has been dropped and smudged on my floor..I spritz it with a spray bottle before turning the robot on. After the machine has finished cleaning..I back up and look at the area cleaned..if I notice a missed spot..I take the damp cloth off of the bottom of the robot and just wipe over the missed spot before throwing the cloth into the wash machine. You do want to be careful after the cloth has been laundered, do not throw it into the dryer with fabric softener. All in all, I love this little guy. I would definitely recommend. Is it perfect..no..but I also know I'm not going to get on my knees and scrub...I don't feel the charge time is very long, so after the charge is complete..there have been times I will run it a second time. Soooo easy!!

Love it... Simple + Mellow + Effective

Had for almost a month... really does well getting fuzz + dust, what a nice way to use up the microfiber static sheets we had stashed away from before getting our Roomba (which requires you to get a lot more intimate with cleaning it out)... Braava is cool in how the pads attach magnetically + with the way the wet / dry cloths hook in, your hands don't really touch any grime or goo when removing them. Using both at the same time is pretty cool! Had Roomba for many, many years and what's cool about Braava is two things: a) really, really quiet + b) doesn't hang up under cabinetry (or Xmas tree stand!) like Roomba occasionally does. Both are great, and glad iRobot offers this!
