Great for clean ups in between mopping. It does take time to get the cleaning solutions just right for your floow surfaces.
Pros: Easy To Use, Efficient, Simple Instructions

We enjoyed this for 6 months, then it stopped working. We replaced it, same issue in roughly same time frame.

model 380 not very good

Our 380 cleans our large tile kitchen floor and at 2 years, two battary replacements and 2 wheel replacements latter. it has failed again. I notice the model selling now is 380T. is it any different than the 380 we have? we need a new one, but don't want to have the same problems we've experienced with our old unit. Even at $200.00, with a two year life, that isn't very cost effective.
Pros: Cleans Effectively
Cons: Misses Spots, after a year, battery failed, again at two years, difficult to repair or have repaired., pour quality not made to last., wheels and replacments came apart at two years

Battery doesn't last

Ive used my braava less than 30 times and the battery will no longer hold a charge. Company will not help me replace the battery either. I would definitely not buy again.

Terrible product do not waste your money.

I would give this zero Stars if I could. It doesn't work out of the box. It doesn't connect to the irobot app. It requires a battery operated navigation system that doesn't connect to the mop. When I finally got everything set up it only would move backwards. And it doesn't charge itself. I bought this to work alongside my Roomba to mop my hardwood floors while I'm asleep, but it's more work to set this up and make it run then it would be to actually just mop my floor by hand. I can't believe this is an iRobot product it is so terrible.

After having the Braava 240 for sometime - I bought this for larger cleaning areas. I was so disappointed to find it leaves dirty streaks behind it. Nothin you can do about that.
Pros: Cleans Under Furniture
Cons: Leaves dirty streaks on the floor

iRobot Braava 380t Robot Mop left me dissapointed.

My daughter bought this same iRobot mop, she has four children and two dogs. She loves hers. I then invested in one and have wanted to love it but I have had nothing but problems with it staying charged. While it is either on the turbo charger or plugged directly into a wall outlet, the music plays all hours of the day letting me know it isn't charging or keeping a charge. I can only use it for about 10 minutes and then it is dead. Customer service sent me a different charger and it does the same thing so I really don't know what the deal is. My daughter loves hers but I think I got a lemon.
