I've had Richard 4 years. I've replaced the parts the company recommends and it still works great! I like the way it gets under furniture and he is so quiet! We went to Florida for February and naturally we took him with us. He did a great job on sandy floors!

I love this product to help keep my home clean between my own heavy-duty cleanings. It mops up dirt and pet hair easily while I'm busy doing other things. i often leave it on while I run out to do errands. I highly recommend this robot.

I was unsure how a single cloth could effectively clean my floors. We are having a brutal winter with salt and mud being tracked into the house by the kids and dog. The ability to run the thing on a daily basis is great. We also have an older Roomba that we run on a schedule and the combo of the two is fantastic. The combination of the two leave our dark wood floors in great shape. I love the quietness of the unit. We use it with Vim wood floors and have great results. No filmy residue or streaks. Very happy that I pulled the trigger on the purchase.

I love the Braava 380. I originally bought the Braava jet a few months ago. I did not like that system at all and returned it. Wasn't a fan of the preprogrammed cardboard part of the pads that you would need to continually buy forever, or the spraying of water directly on the floor, the sound of the water constantly being sprayed, didn't really like any part of that system. I love my Roomba so decided to give the mopping robots another try and bought the 380. It's perfect for my needs! I am a pet owner and while the Roomba picks up the dog hair, I needed this Braava 380 to clean up the dust and mop up foot prints. It does everything I expected it to do. I love the fact that I can use Swiffer sheets for the dry mopping and I love the braava wet mopping cloths that you can throw right in the washer and reuse--bought 6 of those. Love the fact you can use your own mild cleaning solution in the reservoir, or plain water if you want. This isn't going to replace a good hand mopping with your own elbow strength, but it will sure cut down how often I actually need to hand mop the floor. My whole upper floor (2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room) are all hardwood and connected, so this thing is a lifesaver.

I have owned Roombas since the company started their business. Given the high quality of manufacturing they give to the vacuums, I was very anxious to see what the 380t mopper could do. I tried it out on my tile floors for 2 days. I would vacuum first and then use the mop with the attachment that provides for wet solution. I found that it just did not do a good job at all. I would consider this probably to be effective with small fresh spills. I have 3 dogs and it would not even clean dried dirty paw prints. The only thing I loved about it was its quietness. You can hardly hear it move.

We're on our third Bravaa, and we're really happy with the cleaning it does for us. We can relax (or do work, which is the usual case) while it does the cleaning. We use this robot to clean our relatively large living area, kitchen dining living room, about 1000 square feet, and the bathrooms, den, utility room, and hallways (another 600) It manages to navigate under and around furniture and carpets without getting stuck, and cleans with just the right amount of moisture for the engineered hardwood floors in this space. My only gripe is that replacement batteries are expensive. Instead of replacing the battery, we bought a new one after 2-3 years of service each because the charge lasted for shorter and shorter periods until it had to be charged 2 or 3 times to complete cleaning our condo; and a new battery was expensive enough that we thought it would be better to simply replace the unit. For someone with a smaller space the battery would probably last proportionately longer. It's great that a single charge can clean such a large floor space!

Wasn't sure about buying this iRobot, but being so impressed with my Roomba, decided to give it a go and am not disappointed. Between the two, they do the job and clean up nicely around the house. One slight issue is that the reservoir sometimes runs out before the work is done and you need to stop and re-fill.
