no short side panels, insides show as it is not a complete slide in,
glass top does not sit flush on counter...lots of room for stuff to get under it

Normally, the sides for a slide-in range are not finished but optional side panels are available as an accessory that can be purchased separately. This slide-in range is designed to fit over a countertop that is anywhere between 35-7/8" to 36-1/2" high from the floor to the countertop. My previous GE oven stopped working after 20 years, (that's a long life for an appliance) so I decided to go with the same brand. I am very pleased, and particularly like the warmer burner. I could not be happier with my purchase.
