I really enjoy how evenly the elements cool and how quickly they heat up. The oven cooks consistently and I really like the convection often.

This slide-in range is everything I ever wanted in a range. I love the stout features such as the large knobs. It looks and feels like it is built really tough (like they used to be many years ago). Cooks and bakes perfectly. This is my first GE range but won't be my last if I ever need to buy another one.

I bought this range 4 months ago. I absolutely love it. The slate color is easy to care for and the glass cook top cleans up beautifully with the recommended product! The convection oven makes baking a breeze! Very pleased with my purchase.

Very Pleased with my Slide in Range

I searched and reviewed ranges for a long time before purchasing my GE slide in range. It has everything I wanted and everything I didn't want. I like that there is a storage drawer where the lids for my pots and pans can be stored rather than a heating drawer. I like that the lip of the range slides over the counter top so no spills run down the side of my cabinet. I like the burner arrangement and like that the glass top has a little speck in it which makes it look very nice and doesn't seem to show scratches. It's been easy to clean. The oven takes a bit longer to preheat than my old range but this is not an issue and the fan is not an issue although it runs for a while after the baking process is over. It's not a very loud fan as some people have hinted to. Mostly I am pleased with the controls being out front at an angle making it easier for me to reach as I am in a wheel chair and reaching over the top of hot pans was a big issue for
me. I also am pleased that the control panel is not plastic; doesn't melt or scratch. All in all I am pleased that I was able to purchase this range and love the look of it in my kitchen. I did purchase it in WHITE, rather than stainless and couldn't be happier with it. I do have a complaint about the construction of the drawer and the way it fits into the range. There seems to be a few minor problems but I was able to touch up the metal that shows with some white touch up paint and am satisfied.
