Top surface blister

Bought in this range about 6 months ago. I bought the recommended cookware to use with it. After one of the first times I used it, a blister-like blemish about the size of a quarter appeared on the cooktop. Cleaning does not remove it. Since then, a couple more tiny blemishes have appeared on the same burner. The cooktop appears to be very delicate, even though I have used it according to the instructions
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this a few months ago and am very pleased with its performance except the least little drop of food marks the stove top permanently.

noisy fan

I purchased this five weeks ago. The cooling fan has a constant whistling sound. This morning a repair man came over and told me that the fan was working as it should, and that there was nothing that could be done about it. The noise, like a wind storm, is driving me crazy, especially since it starts as soon as I put the oven on, and doesn't stop until an hour or more after the oven is turned off. I don't mind a fan, and know it is necessary, but the sound should be soft and steady. I may have to return it. Other than the whistling fan, I like the stove.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We love the new slate finish. It is the perfect alternative to stainless steel. No finger prints to deal with! Its a very contemporary color that looks modern against my wood cabinets. The features provide every convenience for warming, 4 different size burners and convection oven with settings for roasting or baking. Awesome price allowed us to buy the matching microwave.

We just had this installed yesterday and tried it out last night. It is straight forward to use and has a large oven, so that should work well for cooking big meals.
