The features are not as good as my previous stove

The arrangement of the burners are not to my liking. I still cannot seem to find the correct setting on the burners so that I do not over cook my food, or that it will cook at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

HARD TO FIND NICE LOOKING SLIDE IN RANGES FOR OLDER HOMES. I LOVE THE LOOK OF THIS SLATE COLORED RANGE. LOOKING FORWARD TO COOKING USING CONVECTION.
