Love the features!

I bought this range just over 6 months ago and have been very happy with the performance, features, and look. I like being able to cook on convection and especially like the multi-rack convection feature when baking cookies...no more moving baking pans to evenly cook. It has been easy to keep clean and really has a beautiful contemporary look we wanted. One feature that has taken some getting used to is the automatic venting after using the oven. It will blow hot air out for about an hour after baking-I live in a hot climate, so the hot air blowing did take some adjustment. I usually don't use the oven in the summer, so this isn't a huge problem. This seems like a feature all new appliances have to cool down more quickly. Overall, I am really happy with my range.

I had a coil range and I upgraded to this one. I love the looks. It looks very sleek and my kitchen looks modern. The knobs and oven handle are very stoutly. I have a 11" cast iron and it fits perfectly. Also I love the convection oven. It cooks much faster and delicious! One negative opinion is the porcelain top scratches easily. Especially I'm a big fan of cast iron and I do use a lot. (Love to have a gas but it wasn't an option) But overall, I love it.

New Stove

I have this stove less then a year and had to have the clock replaced.
Also a design flaw must start left front burner on low because the right front burner will get hot if started higher on left front burner

I brought my range just prior to last year holiday season and I have been so busy cooking and trying new recipes, testing all the features this range has to offer that I haven't rated it on line. I have told all my friends, that you need a GE, It not only cook well but it look good in my kitchen. I love my GE Range.

Happy overall. But very disappointed that the power boil feature doesn't work for our tea kettle, only on huge pots. Also seems to use too much energy with the fan running once the oven is turned off.
