I replaced all my appliances at the same time with GE. I have been happy with all of them except the stove. It is impossible to keep the burners looking good no matter what product or system I try. Consequently I don't use it any more than necessary.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have been using this oven for about two months now. It's attractive, but I discovered that while using the oven, it vents hot air out while cooking! I live in Florida and we don't need any extra heat! Also, when you are done using the oven and turn it off, a vent fan whirrs for a long time afterwards, expelling more of the hot air out into my already hot kitchen. The display at the front of the unit gets covered in food and oil splatter and needs to be cleaned almost each and every time I use the cook top! Still, I like the unit and especially the way it fits into our granite counter top giving us more counter space. Overall a decent unit.

Love, Love, Love this stove!

This stove was delivered to my home a week ago. I love everything about it. With a few adjustments, It fit between my counters perfectly. Love, having the use of the entire back burners without knobs interfering. Love, the view of my entire tile back splash. Love, how it enhances the look of the kitchen. This stove has everything I wanted.

Not often I give five stars but this unit has no drawbacks. It is very quick to heat on high. The knobs feel like the professional solid gas stoves knobs. The surface is hardy and refined. The look compliments everything in our kitchen. We have a custom tile backsplash and this unit shows it off well. After cooking in the oven the fans run but keep the kitchen cool. This is a plus for us.

I am thoroughly satisfied with this slide in range and pleasantly surprised at how fast everything heats up so quickly. The oven reaches the set temperature really fast and makes wait time really short. The stove top burners are very controllable and heat up quickly too.
