We've been using these brushes in various versions over the last 15 years or so. The features per dollar have gone down as they introduced increasingly expensive models with extras I can see no use for. This is a toothbrush, folks! I have serious gum issues, and these toothbrushes have been excellent at improving my gums. They clean very well, and I love having them. What I never have liked is that they are using a battery technology (NiMH) that is almost guaranteed to fail within 1-2 years. In the early years, that was the only option. Today, this technology is totally obsolete. Oral B will not replace it, though, because you have to buy a new toothbrush every 2 years (if you're lucky). In summary, this IS a great toothbrush - just expect to be replacing it on a regular basis.
No pressure sensor at least I never notice it It suppose to have 3 modes but I never found how to change between then Strong cleaning so I like that but an speed selector would be fine
This toothbrush stopped working within 3 months of purchasing it. I would recommend another product unless the company is willing to return it and send another one.
Every time I go to the dentist I get the same report. They think I constantly drink soda and don't brush my teeth because I have cavities. This last trip I hit a personal high of 9 cavities. I got this toothbrush for Christmas and I feel like it is doing something to help. I am hopeful that I will no longer have issues at the dentist .
I went to the dentist for the first time since leaving the Army and she wasn't not impressed with my dental hygiene. She recommended this model, and my gums look so much better and I feel like I just had a teeth cleaning every time I brush! I'm a believer.
I have been using this brush for about a month and I still love it! Coming from a Spinbrush, I was concerned about spending so much money on a toothbrush, but I then realized it's a great investment in your dental health, especially if you don't want an expensive bill from your dentist! Pros: 1) Well-designed 2) Easy to see indicator lights 3) Charging connector on handle is well-insulated 4) Consistent power from full-charge to low battery warning indicator 5) Ergonomic handle with rubber insert is extremely comfortable 6) Cross-action brush head cleans extremely well between teeth 7) Teeth feel clean and polished after brushing 8) Small brush head makes it easy to access molars 9) Can also be used for tongue cleaning, but you will need to put in a little effort! Cons: 1) Takes over 20 hours to charge! This is an inconvenience since I brush my teeth 2x a day and can't keep the charger in the bathroom. I have to take it off the charger, brush my teeth and then remember to place it back on the charger. 2) A full-charge will last about 28 minutes. Since I spend about 6 minutes a day, I end up having to charge it every 4 1/2 days. 3) No travel case included.
