Great cleaning, Needs Charging too often.

I would ONLY recommend this product because of the great cleaning job that it does WHEN it doesn't NEED A CHARGE. AND then when it needs a charge, you have to wait 10 hours? So, you don't brush your teen when it needs charging? I've had to purchase two Oral-Bs so I always have one charged. I also does NOT Hold a CHARGE for ONE WEEK! I would say change the type of battery so it would last longer and charge faster but ONLY IF they don't raise the price of the brush. They are over priced as they are.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We can understand your frustration. The Pro 1000 is designed to take up to 22 hours to fully charge, and last up to 7 days on one charge, based on a brushing schedule of 2 minutes twice a day. Chipped my tooth.

Do not buy

I bought this tooth brush worked great for a month. Now I have brown stuff on the head little hole at the top has black stuff. Clean once a week and charge each night on stand. Even replaced head already once.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You see, organic material is necessary for mold growth, but our toothbrush is not made of organic material However, if it's stored in a location that's exposed to mold and bacteria, or if it comes into contact with cleaning agents, sprays, soaps, cosmetics, etc, it could make the plastic porous allowing the dirt and moisture places to settle. We recommend you continue cleaning your brush after use, and if you're not already, be sure to dry it too. Junk after a month of use

Purchased one month ago and it doesn’t work anymore. Spins fast for a few seconds and then slows way down - worthless and a waste of money if this is the dependability you can expect.

Love it, but give us a replaceable battery!

I love the simplicity and ease of use of the Pro1000. It leaves my teeth feeling very clean, and my hygenist regularly comments on their cleanliness. My big beef is that this is unnecessarily a throwaway product because the battery eventually quits holding a charge and it CANNOT BE REPLACED. I don't want to sound like an eco-nerd, because I'm not, but I do pay attention (more than I used to) to eco-friendliness and sustainability, and it's really too bad OralB won't engineer in a replaceable battery.

False advertising, this toothbrush has no sensor, pressed as hard as I could and was never notified for pressure.

Instructions Too Dense

I think that I like this toothbrush, but the instructions are not helpful. The print is tiny because they try to pack in information in several languages and for several different models plus all the lawyer dictated warnings. All I wanted to know is why there are three different button presses on the toothbrush and what they do. It seems to be sensitivity settings or something of that nature, but nowhere does it say, "press once for x, press twice for y, & press three times for z." Perhaps I should get out my microscope to take another look at the very fine print. It might be in there somewhere.
