Power cord ridiculously short，wouldnt reach wall socket， uses ni mh battery not lithium，only supplied with 1 brush head after spending a fortune

Very messy

It's too big for my mouth and toothpaste drips all over me. A charge is supposed to last a week but, after trial and error, I discovered it doesn't turn on unless the charging station is plugged in. The brushes are too hard. Not happy at all !!!!!

Not what I hoped for

Surprised it didn’t come with a cap/cover given it sits on my bathroom counter exposed to the environment. It also cuts out for a second several times while I’m brushing.

We know how disappointing this can be. Please know we don't make brush head covers as we don't recommend storing them in closed containers. This could cause bacteria to grow. Also, we're sorry you don't like the in-handle timer. The 1000 is designed to pulse every 30 seconds to let you know when to switch areas of the mouth. I bought this item online. Took about five days to get to me. I was so excited to used it. I love it how it cleans around my teeth. I don’t have to brush twice as hard and think about what if I missed a spot. I would definitely buy this again!

Nice budget priced toothbrush

This is a no-frills electric tooth brush. The problematic battery charger is a real thing. Mine never charges to the point where the green light stops blinking, whether it's 24 or 48 hours. But I've rarely encountered a red light signifying no juice. I don't know which brush to use so I've been alternating crosscut and gum sensitive. It's not clear to me what makes the brushes different. They all are too expensive. The toothbrush seems to be effective at cleaning my teeth, and the price is comparatively low. The timer "shudder" goes on way past 30 seconds, more like a minute.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is the worst electric toothbrush. It sounds like a boat motor when using it and then it sputters occasionally.

It's possible that the brush head may be worn down, not placed on the handle right, or hardened toothpaste could be the cause. Does a great job cleaning.... but only if it's charged. It says it should last 5-10 days on a charge. I've had mine for less than a year and it barely lasts the two minutes it takes to brush.

You're right. A full charge can take up to 22 hours and enables up to ten days of regular brushing when brushing twice a day for 2 minutes every session. We're sorry to hear that you're no longer getting that amount of time per charge but know this isn't what we expect. Try fully discharging the brush, fully charging it, and discharging it completely again. Do this cycle 3 times, and it may improve the battery life.
