Great Product!

I purchased an oral-b professional a LONG time ago, at least ten years ago.....and it is still going. The battery has become weak and I have been looking into getting a new battery or toothbrush. That being said, these are well worth their money.

I like tooth brush system. However, I did not realize that it did not have a timer. The other two I had purchased had timers. I just took for granted that they all came with timers.

The product has no speed control

I have another Oral-B toothbrush in Florida with speed controls. This 1000 brush actually is too fast for me. Wish I knew before purchasing it!

Power cord ridiculously short,wouldnt reach wall socket, uses ni mh battery not lithium,only supplied with 1 brush head after spending a fortune

Very messy

It's too big for my mouth and toothpaste drips all over me. A charge is supposed to last a week but, after trial and error, I discovered it doesn't turn on unless the charging station is plugged in. The brushes are too hard. Not happy at all !!!!!

Not what I hoped for

Surprised it didn’t come with a cap/cover given it sits on my bathroom counter exposed to the environment. It also cuts out for a second several times while I’m brushing.

We know how disappointing this can be. Please know we don't make brush head covers as we don't recommend storing them in closed containers. This could cause bacteria to grow. Also, we're sorry you don't like the in-handle timer. The 1000 is designed to pulse every 30 seconds to let you know when to switch areas of the mouth.
