Cleans better than any toothbrush

I love the way my teeth feel after using the Pro 1000. Much cleaner than using a regular toothbrush. My only complaint is that I never received the coupons for brush head as it stated.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Charging light died after 2 weeks

I like the toothbrush but I went to charge it today and the light on the front is out. Don’t know if it is charging it or not. I tested all the outlets in my apartment that I use for other things to make sure it wasn’t the outlet. The light just won’t turn on. Not sure if it’s gojng to charge anymore. Pretty shocked that it only took two weeks. Not really worth the money

Certainly we can understand how disapponting this must have been. This could indicate that the battery was depleted. Allow it to charge longer, it can take several minutes for the light to come on. Please give us a call at (800) 566-7252 when you have a moment to chat.

It's not the best out there

I got this toothbrush for Christmas this past year and I think it cleans pretty well. My problem with this toothbrush (and all the replacement heads) is that they have this hole in the front under the brush head and toothpaste gets in there and it starts to smell like mildew so every time i use the toothbrush I have to take it apart and rinse it out and leave the pieces separated for them to dry. Sonicare toothbrushes do not have this proble... i wont buy another Oral B.

We can understand your disappointment and concern. The openings are designed to allow water to flush through the brush head tube, and to allow air inside. This helps make sure the brush head dries sufficiently after use, and also reduces moisture inside. Like scratching an itch I didn't know I had

My daughter has one and talked me into getting an electric toothbrush. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. It took a couple times to get used to the feeling of something vibrating on my teeth but I got used to it. After that, I learned to really enjoy it. It was like scratching an itch I didn't know I had. I have recommended it to several people and hope they have bought your product. Thank you.

I have been using the Oral-B Pro 1000 for 3 years now and I find it to be a quality toothbrush. I would recommend this over any other Oral-B electric brush. Why do you need to spend extra money to get one that has Bluetooth connectivity? It's an unnecessary extra expense, the Bluetooth can break and why do you need this connectivity? So you can't tell people on Facebook how long you brushed. If 1000 breaks it is cheaper to replace.

Worked great

I bought this for my husband and I. We loved it but it stopped charging after not only a year. I'm trying to figure out how to fix it but I don't think it is fixable. Seeing as we brush our teeth at least twice a day, I will have to look for a better product. I will say that when it worked properly, it was incredible.

My Oral-B electric toothbrush quit working after I think it was just like 20 years something like that I had a while but I was irritated that didn't work anymore LOL my dentist told me years ago if I don't want gum disease get the Oral-B floss twice a day brush twice a day I'm only 70 so it still remains to see if he was right but so far no gum disease great product I can't say enough about it I really can't
