Gross when Unboxed!

I bought 3 of these, 2 black and 1 white. Upon opening all 3 boxes the toothbrushes all had some kind of substance on them. The first one had gunk on it like it had already been used. The second one had dirt and debris on it. And the third one had a literal finger print on it!! The toothbrushes aren't sealed in plastic inside the box, they are just pressed into the cardboard mold. Definitely a quality control issue at the factory! I returned all 3 and have decided to go with a completely different brand of toothbrush.

Great toothbrush!

This is my first electric toothbrush and I don’t know how I ever went without one. Cleans so we’ll and gets rid of stains I used to build up. Had a great dental check up last week, where they barely needed to clean my teeth.
One downfall is that the bottom of the toothbrush builds up leftover water and toothpaste leaving a ring on my counter, this happens no matter how much I clean and dry it after brushing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Noisy OralB Pro 1000

Pro 1000 is very noisy. Every time I use the electric toothbrush feels like I have a tractor brushing my teeth.

Great power but design flaws.

We bought a pair of these brushes, model 3791, and have the same opinion. Great power and charge duration but the handle design definitely needs improvement. 1. it is slippery to begin with and liquid tends to run down to the grip making it even more so. A rubber grip and style like the 500 series is preferable. 2. Both 1000 brushes readily switch on but you have to fumble with the switch several times in order to switch off, even when removed from mouth.

Very loud and unbalanced, like having a mack truck in your mouth The switch design is a pathetic fail for this company, it's ridiculously hard to press. And it must pe pressed 3 times to shut it off..

Tore up my teeth and gums!

I bought this thinking it was a winner - it was a shockingly poor experience. Felt like a roto-rooter or food processor ripping up my gums and teeth! And, I have good teeth and gums. I returned it to the store. Did I by chance get a defective product? Why would the reviews for the 1000 be so good?

Frustrated

I bought this electric toothbrush less than a week ago. I used it day and night each day. The battery flashed green (“time to recharge”) 3 days after it fully charged. Also, the instructions are not clear what the 3 modes are or how to recognize I have reached a different mode.

This toothbrush should charge for 22 hours, and work for around ten days, while brushing for two minutes, twice per day.
