No cover for the brush head

I bought the Pro 1000 a few days ago. I like using it but was disappointed it didn't come with a cover for the brush head when not in use. Very unsanitary. I'm taking it back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

too forceful

Bought this to replace a 3-speed Oral B that broke after use of use. I never had to lower the speed on the old one, and it was very comfortable at it's fastest speed. This has one speed, and I found it very uncomfortable. I will not use this - I feel like it is way too forceful on the teeth and gums.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible replacing the battery

I was happy until I had to replace the battery. The YouTube videos showed people using "tools" to replace them. I had to destroy the bottom peice! Even the I'm not strong enough to remove that peice. It's like the manufacturers don't want you to replace the batteries, but buy A new toothbrush. Which is what I have to do(sad emoji). I won't buy another like this one though. Unfortunately, I have to search and spend more money (red mad face emoji)

Please know all of our rechargeable electric toothbrushes come with a two-year warranty, but attempting to change the battery voids it. The reason we do not make our rechargeable electric toothbrushes with a replaceable battery is that the battery should not need to be replaced, and all of the electricals are sealed within the handle to be water-tight. One of the greatest purchase s I've ever made!

As a dental hygienist I always recommend toothbrushes to my patients with their best interest in mind. I love to test out toothbrushes on myself, my son and husband. As my husband is pretty sick of hearing why he should floss he was more concerned with the way his teeth felt. He was feeling sticky and cakey plaque all the time. He loves the just came from the dentist and had a great cleaning smooth feeling. I bought him this brush to have him test out mechanical toothbrushing for the first time. He said he felt as though he had just come back from the dentist and hasn't gone back to a regular toothbrush since! Thank you oral-b, that's one less mouth I need to worry about!

Battery can't last for even 2 minutes!

I bought it in Courts Singapore around only a month ago, at first it was alright, charging is only needed once a week. but after two weeks, the batter life shortened significantly, now I have to charge it EVERY TIME after use cause the red light indicator keeps flashing! and until this morning it just stopped working when I was still brushing my teeth. and the thing is I have followed the instructions carefully from the beginning--charing 17hrs the first time and allow the battery to die out before charge again...etc. Now I just cannot believe this is what "made in Germany" means...words cannot describe my frustration and disappointment now...

Speed Modes Don't work

This brush is supposed to have 3 speed settings activated by successively pressing the on/off button. The switch on the one sold to me only turns it on or off. It does not change the mode as advertised. I would give it 4 stars if the modes worked but only 2 because they don't.

Great Power Brush for the Price

While this is one of the cheaper Oral-B power brush models, it is still a great purchase and does a great job cleaning! I have had mine for close to two years and it still works great. It just has the one button for on and off but it does vibrate every 30 seconds to let you know to switch corners of the mouth. After two minutes it vibrates a few times to let you know you have reached the two minute minimum. You can even briefly turn it off while brushing to rinse the tooth paste off and it still keeps the timing (in case you get messy, like I do)! As long as I have it fully charged, I can travel with it for short weekend trips without needing to bring my charger also.

My New ORAL B PRO1000

Just received my Pro 1000 crossaction which is replacing my Vitality Toothbrush that died after over 3 years. I missed my electric Toothbrush and so glad the Pro 1000 arrived and works very well. My teeth have been sad for a week, but now they feel better and look better. Thank You Oral B for making good products.
I would recommend this to a friend!
