Sprays toothpaste out of the neck

I have had this toothbrush for an entire year and have finally switched to a Phillips toothbrush. On the front and back of the neck of this oral b toothbrush, there are holes. When brushing my teeth, toothpaste/water sprays out of there and would either get on me, the mirror, or the counter. Good battery life, good shape, and I liked the toothbrush a lot except for this one feature that ruined it for me. I also used multiple replacement heads throughout the year and had the same problem. My new Phillips toothbrush does not have this problem.
Cons: Quality
Pros: Durability
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We'll be sure to share your feedback with our Development Team. We'd also like to let you know that the hole in the brush head is there by design. This lets excess water flow out of the brush if it gets inside (as well as toothpaste) so that it doesn't build up on the inside causing issues with the brush. However, since this wasn't what you expected please give us a call at (800) 566-7252. We'll be happy to see about making this up to you.

Charging
on September 25, 2014

I Haven't had a chance to use the Oral-B Precision 1000. It's been on the charger for over 9 hours. The blinking light indicates it's still charging. The manual says it will stop blinking when it's fully charged. Seems like a long time to fully charge.

Disappointed
on January 1, 2014

I am very disappointed with this brush. I bought it to replace another electric brush as it came recommended by the retailer. I specifically asked for a brush with a 2 minute timer. Well yes it does have a timer but one has to count the beeps to know when the time is up and they all sound the same to me. My last brush turned off after 2 minutes. Also it is very noisy. I am thinking of returning the brush.

Battery does not last through the week

My last electric toothbrush would last over a week on one charge. This Oral-B is a little disappointing. If it lasts three days, I'm lucky. Not my favorite.
Cons: Quality, Durability
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're very sorry to hear that you're not a fan of the Pro 1000. This toothbrush should be lasting up to 7 days brushing twice a day for two minutes. We'll definitely pass your feedback along and hope that you'll give us a call at (800) 566-7252 if you ever have any questions.

Expensive for very little. Manual toothbrushes work better.
