Doesn't clean my clothes!

After 9 months of fighting with this washing machine, I finally started washing my clothes by hand in the kitchen sink. This washer has a glass top, so I can watch the entire cycle and the clothes in the top of the washing machine never even get wet ... except for when it forgets to stop filling and overflows the tub. They already replaced the water level sensor once, and it needs to be replaced again. My muddy jeans are still muddy after the spin cycle is completed - I literally take them out of the washer and carry them to the kitchen sink to scrub the mud off of my "clean clothes" with a brush and the mud comes right off. So what good is this washer? It sure doesn't clean my clothes! I bought a new washing machine today. Anyone who wants this worthless washer can have it!

Mud is still caked on my jeans after washing!

The best thing about this washing machine is the window top so you can see what a terrible job it is doing. It uses so little water that the clothes around the sides of the tub never even get wet. And it barely swishes the clothes around so mud is still caked on the knees of my jeans when the cycle is finished. The spin cycle is so violent that my clothes are tied into knots and everything comes out wrinkled - even permanent press. I don’t dare wash anything delicate in this LG high efficiency washer - handmade quilts, bathrobes with tie belts, or T-shirts with sequins. About the 9th time I used it, the water didn’t shut off and it overflowed the tub. A repairman came to replace a sensor, but about the 15th time I used it the washer overflowed again. I can’t leave this washing machine alone for a minute! After 11 months I finally started hand washing my clothes in the kitchen sink. This LG High Efficiency washer is worthless - the worst washing machine ever!!! I bought a new washer with agitator last week - works great! I’ll never buy LG again!!!

Worst decision to buy this washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very unhappy with this washer. No matter what brand detergent, the amount of detergent used, or washer settings it continually leaves detergent residue on clothing. Has ruined several items. I'm kicking myself for ever purchasing this set.

Wanted top of the line washer and this is it!

I was looking for a large capacity washer by a company that provides quality items. I think that this one fits the bill. I was happy with the time table for delivery of this product as my last one just gave out. Since this is the first washer I have bought in 22 years, I did take the 5 year extended warranty that was offered.

Not worth the money

Not impressed by this machine. Leaves everything very wrinkled, including dryfit clothing.

worst washer ever

This is the first washer we have ever had that will not rinse clothes correctly. There is always residue on the clothing, no matter if you use extra rinse cycle or not. We very un happy with this washer, High efficiency is a joke.
