This washer is huge!

I've had this for about 6 weeks now and am really happy with it. I regularly wash what would have been 2 loads in my old washer, and the clothes come out cleaner and fresher. Love that I can wash a king size comforter AND the sheets in one load!!! My only complaint is that after a load, the detergent tray has water in it (normal), but it is hard to pull out and replace tray to empty the water. There was nothing in the manual about this, so I was afraid to pull it out the first few weeks because I thought the plastic would break. Overall, a great purchase!

We purchased our new LG 5.0 washer a couple of months ago. It is our second one. We won't ever buy another brand or type of washer. It is so easy to use! We also love the color of the graphite steel. It matches our appliances in the kitchen. The machine works like a beast on every wash cycle! We are extremely confident that all our clothes are getting thoroughly washed! If you're looking for a new washing machine, here it is! Enjoy!!

Machine capacity is tremendous. We probably cut the number of loads we did a week by more than half. Features are great, love the fact that you can use the Allergiene Feature. Also great feature that the machine can communicate with your cellphone if there are ever any problems so you can call customer servie with the exact issue. Would recommend!!

Love my washer and dryer

I wasn't so sure about a washer without an agitator. and I did not want a front loader. This does everything extremely well. Bedding, bulky, towels, delicates, sportswear and more.
I am careful to dry out the bleach dispenser, and the softener and detergent dispensers. I leave the lid open for a while- since it is in a closet- I can leave it open most of the time.
I wish it had more options for settings - it does have one you can set and save, but I would like to be able to fine tune some of the other settings more.
The dispensers work well. I am very happy with this washer.

The time seems to go by quickly when I wash clothes and they are close to dry when I get them out.

This washer is so great. I don't have to go to the cleaners anymore just put my bedspread in king size and it is great, washes great. So many wash types to choose from. It's big and funny thing is if I have to reach down to get an item of clothing out I have to practically get a step stool it's so big!! Also I have the dryer great! Have a few other items by LG Thanks LG

only have for a week but I love the washer. the only thing that happened is it became unbalanced with a rug and a towel in together. what do you do? I only ever had a front loader and never had that problem.
