[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this washer! It has handled everything I have thrown at it. Heavy loads, no problem. Comforters and bedding washed together with no issues! Did I mention I love this washer? Buy it!

Love the features and capacity

This machine is loaded with features that make it easy to use and the capacity is super. No longer do we deal with the constant musty smell that was so prominent with the front load machine

What a great surprise...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Intuitive controls, sweet song at the end when I was there to take my laundry out at the end of the cycle! Great balancing of laundry prior to wash. Love the auto timer allowing me to know how long the cycle will take.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great machine, huge capacity, awesome performance, was hesitant with the purchace but then they arrived, once they were hooked up I ran a drum clean cycle. With no detergent or cleaner just to check the performance and functionality. I was not sure it was even on! Its super quiet! So far I've washed 6 full hamper loads well over 8 loads with the front loader! And the clothes come out cleaner than ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I bought this washer at Best Buy and she wasn't crazy about having a steam option and thought it was unneeded. This option actually helps to clean your clothing with less detergent. The sanitary and allergens cycle work fantastic and it washes king size conditions great. We've had a couple other washers and they walked around our laundry room during high spin cycles.This one so far is staying in place. It has wonderful cycle options, more spin cycle options than any washer I've seen and the clothes are clean and the water is spin out as it should be. After a month of usage we're loving this LG washer.

Great Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After reading some reviews, I was skeptical about purchasing this washer. But according to Consumer reports, it listed it as one of the best washers tested. So I went ahead and got one.
I'm glad I did, its a great washing machine. Its great at cleaning, it does huge loads using less water and cleans better than my old standard Kenmore.
I would highly recommend this washer to anyone. It has great features, and many settings.
Besides cleaning great, we're saving energy because the spin cycle takes so much more water out of the clothes than our old one. Drying time is greatly reduced.
If your in the market for a new washing machine, I think you'd be happy with this choice.
I did make sure they leveled the machine when they installed it. ( they were not going to bother doing that) The instructions say its important and it may be. Some of the reviews complain about unbalanced loads, I believe its due to not being leveled during installation.
We've washed down comforters and blankets, that our old machine couldn't handle and this machine did a great job, even with pillows the load remained stable and all items were well cleaned.
