[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh, how I wish that I had had this when my children were at home! I can do a week's worth of laundry in no time at all. The capacity is phenomenal, and our clothes come out really clean. Even my husband noticed that our white clothes are brighter, and he's never mentioned laundry before. It's absolutely wonderful.

Love the top load!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this about a month and so far the only problem is the bleach container doesn't empty completely. It runs great tho and i like the features it has. It doesn't make much noise and I've noticed the clothes come out whiter wither this washer

The gear drive assemby failed after almost 3 yr.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The gear drive assembly failed after almost 3 yr. I had to replace the washer because of the cost to repair. The repairmen do not like LG because of the lack of part availability.

Awesome Washing Machine!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this washing machine, the inside is huge. It's very simple to use. You add your detergent, softener and Clorox (if needed), turn the dial to they type of garments you are using and the machine will instruct you when to load your garments and it will play a musical tune when your clothes are complete and can be removed. I love the safety feature, you have to turn the washer off for the door to unlock. This is a great washer, I have been really satisfied with it and I love it.

One of the best washers we've had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer does exactly what we need for it to do. The only thing that it seems to have a problem with is our bed sheets. After trying twice to use the bulky/bedding setting, we switched to using the towel setting. What it was doing was getting to the final spin after rinse with only a few minutes left on the digital display when it would refill with water and rinse again and spin again. After a couple of times of that, "towel" setting works best. In most cases it spins the clothes so well that very little time is needed in the dryer. We haven't found a need to use the steam part, so we have no input on that feature. However, when we do have a small load, the speed wash cycle is perfect to get the job done with little energy usage.
