LOVE TO WASH

Since I got this washer I love to wash clothes now. I don't have to do so many loads now so it doesn't take so long to do. My clothes come out so clean. My only complaint is you can't add fabric softener to every cycle which I don't understand. I wish LG would correct that but other than that it is great!!!!
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use

This is great size washer. I can wash KING size 3inch pillow top mattress pad without any problem. The bulky/bedding cycle was perfect. I love the Turbo wash cycle. The Delay cycle is great too. I can load it up before bed to start in the morning so it will be done when I get up, or set it up to be done when I get home from work and it's not waiting on me all day. The only thing I don't like is the machine scratches easy. Our laundry room is also our mud room, so when you come in from the garage it is easy to put things on it. So be careful.

This machine is the absolute best washer that we have ever owned (have the matching dryer as well). The large capacity drum is incredible! Not only does it run SO QUIET, that the only way you know it is finished is when the neat little tune comes on, but it actually gets our clothes cleaner than ever. Should have made this investment a long time ago!!

Awesome washer but small problem

Had this washer for 6 weeks and already had a serviceman out once for leaking water underneath. They replaced a part and the washer is still leaking water . I submitted a request for service again through LG. Hopefully they can get this issue repaired and if not, I am going to ask for a new machine.

lots of features and quiet

When my old washer started leaking again I decided no more repairs. It was time to replace it. I have not used all the cycles yet but gets the clothes clean and cycles take less time. I definitely wanted a quiet washer since it is centrally located in the house. Now tv programs are not drowned out.

Great Washing Machine

We purchased this washing machine to replace an older agitator model that was leaking.. This washing machine performs flawlessly. The clothes come out cleaner than with the agitator model. We were worried that the newer machines using less water would be a problem. How wrong we were!!! Do not hesitate to buy this if you need a new washing machine that handles all size loads including very large loads. The only small issue we have found is that if you don't open the top completely when loading and unloading it can fall down on you. After a this happening a few times one should not forget to completely open the top, a very easy thing to do.
