An excellent H.E. washer that is easy to use.

Since our old washer recently died, my wife and I decided to upgrade to a high efficiency washer. This is our first H.E. washer and it did not disappoint us. The capacity is huge, which is great for large loads or bulky bed items that most washers can't handle. There are settings for any soil level or fabric you have, not to mention it ha steam capability. We compared this washer with several other brands. The factors that made us choose this washer were price, load capacity, features, and ease of use. If you are considering buying this washer, rest assured that you will be making a great choice.

Absolutely the best washer I have ever had. It's smarter than I am. All I do is add detergent, drop the cloths in and it takes over weighting the cloths to see how much water and detergent it wants to use After drying my cloths it's my job to put them away. Needless to say I'm happy with this machine...............

Well worth the investment

My wife has been wanting an HE washer for a long time and after several reviews of different makes and models we finally found the right one. This washer is great. One of the largest capacity washers available. Plenty of features which we have not even used yet. I liked the fact that it is a direct drive motor vice a belt driven and a 10 year warranty. No agitator which I believe ruins cloths. The steam setting works great for pillows. Able to wash our comforters without having to worry about it coming out of the washer ripped at the seams. I do wish that it had a color cycle but not that big a deal. This thing is so quiet compared to our old washer. Although this is a recent purchase we believe it was the right choice for us. Anyone looking to purchase an HE washer give this one a look you won't be disappointed.

Our old washer broke and was unrepairable. I used my neighbor's lg a few times and loved it. We are very happy with the machine: large capacity, quiet when functioning, cleans well. I was a little skeptical at first, due to the "high efficiency" mode, that our clothes would be "clean". Our clothes are clean! The only down side is that the capacity is so large, you can feel like you need to find more clothes to fill it! It cleans well at max load or "normal" size loads. I like that you have the option to add a second rinse, or over ride the presets. We have found no negatives. Very happy; heartily recommend this model over the other similar competition.

This style machine was recommended to us by our daughter..she had gotten hers about a year ago and loved it...We were in such need of a good washer and dryer so this was the name and style we ordered. WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER...We laughed and said we are going to start doing other people wash because we feel sorry for others that don't have these. Thank you for such good products and I have shared my experience with anyone that will listen. HAPPY IN LIBERTY SC...

This washer is awesome! It is super efficient. We wash clothes less often than we used to because of the size and our clothes are cleaner than ever. Stains on my kids jeans and shirts are gone and we don't even know it is running it's so quiet. My wife actually tells people how wonderful they are. She should be earning commission as many people as she has convinced to buy new units for thselves!

The color brings a lot of class to the product. It is extremely large capacity-wise, but due to it's energy saving features with water it should save us in water bills alone.

This washer could be better

Mold will form in the soap dispenser tray if it is not cleaned and dried on a very regular basis. Water is always left standing in the tray after a wash and this should be corrected.
When a load gets out-of-balance the machine will try to re-balance by refilling with water again. It will continue this process forever if you don't stop it. How about after one re-balancing try the machine shuts down and sounds an alarm? This is a horrible waste of water.
