Very happy with LG washer

I purchased my washer a few months ago.I'm very happy with the quality and ease of use.I've had no problems and actually look forward to doing the wash!

Not getting my clothes clean!

I just bought the washer and dryer set in July and so far, am very disappointed with the cleaning of my laundry. Is anyone else having this problem? I am using the HE detergent too! They are quiet and beautiful in my new home but just not happy with how clean it is getting my laundry. Any advice?

Does not clean well!

Everything is true as far as how beautiful the washer is, how large the drum is, how quiet it is BUT it does not clean well. Water doesn't cover the clothes, even on the water plus setting. It sloshes the clothes around but doesn't show any disruption of dirty clothes or bedding! I have had this washer since August and am very disappointed. Of course it's past return and when I bought it the salesman just raved about how great it was....not true. Would love to have my old time agitator back.
Pros: Style/Design, Features/Settings

No Water!

This is very pretty and quiet but how can you expect to clean clothes without using water! I have to spend the time to trick the machine into using more water and then it takes over an hour to do a load. It is also very complicated and hard to use. I am very worried that this will not last and that I wasted my money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this OLED tv about a month ago and its is truely a great picture. One must see it to believe the clarity. I set up all the features quickly with the on screen help. Very easy to do. So far I am very happy with this LG OLED, 55 inch TV.

This is a huge machine! I nvr thought it was that big, but so glad that I made it my choice. Once it was hooked up, I noticed all my loads were coming out hot. I then got a very bad digital response, called customer svc 2 c if they cud tell me whats wrong only after 2 wks! The Lg svc person came out (who was very professional n detected quite a few flaws n my machine), he made some adjustments n life is good, lol!

Clothes weren't coming clean as expected. We discovered and confirmed with a repair man that the normal cycle, hot water option did not deliver hot water to the tub. LG said this is OK; try another cycle. We returned it and are trying another cycle on a different brand.
