Big tub and lots of room

I used to do a load of clothes at least every other day - even with two people. Now it is twice a week for the clothes (plus a load for towels and a load for the bedding). Sometimes with a large load of clothes, I dry in two loads - without pants and pants, only. Drying time is faster as the clothes are spun almost dry.
Only some small issues - the tub is larger than I had thought and I have to use a pair of tongs to get the ones at the bottom. Not a major issue.
Also. if I happen to bend over to fix a load before I start, I have had the settings reset and have to fix before I start - due to being short and causes me to lean on the washer to reach the tub.
I do wish that one of the error messages to stop a load would occur if I forget to push the detergent drawer closed before starting.
But I still am very pleased with the washer and its features and recommend it

Huge Capacity! Highly Efficient! Very Quiet!

After buying this washer, I don't have to take my king size comforters to the laundromat anymore.
Looks very nice and elegent with easy to understand controls.
Occupies about the same space as my earlier front loading washer (which was also smaller in capacity). Much quieter than my old machine as well. I am happy with my purchase so far.

Simply Put - Clean Clothes!

Can you be in love with a washing machine? This washer is the best I have ever owned. There are so many things I love about it but here are a few.
The slow closing lid
Being able to monitor the wash cycle thru the lid
Minimal water usage
Minimal detergent
Minimal fabric softener (if you use)
Cleanest clothes I've ever pulled out of a washer
Spins water out of clothes completely, minimizing drying time

But what I love the most is that the clothes are not sitting in the same water they are washed in. With minimal water, it changes water several times during the washing cycle. I can definitely see a difference in how clean my clothes get.
This was a great purchase and the fact that we got them on sale was icing on the cake. Well done LG!

The perfect washing machine for me!

This washing machine has everything I could ever ask for. First of all, it is extremely quiet, and washes thoroughly, it has numerous wash and rinse cycles to protect all of your various fabrics, and locks automatically. You can toss the cycle to open if you need to add more clothes. On top of it all – it has a very sleek design and sharp color! The see-through lid adds even more style to this beautiful appliance! I highly recommend it!

I'm impressed with this washer. I was skeptical of trying a washer without an agitator. This washer has proved that the agitator is not needed.
The amount of clothes that can be washed is excellent. The clothes are cleaner, the spin cycle gets more water out of the clothes (requiring less time in the dryer) and the machine is quiet.

Easy to Use, Quiet, Efficient = Happy Customer

After 18 years of using the same washing machine I was a bit overwhelmed at the high tech controls and no agitator of the LG, but I was very quickly won over! The machine is extremly easy to use, quiet and efficient! I love the attention to detail like the no slam door and music that plays when you turn on the power! The machines capacity has cut down on my laundry by at least 1 or 2 loads per week! It is such a joy to use I've found myself looking around for more things to wash! I've also come to realize how inefficient my old machine was at spinning the clothes dry, with the LG the clothes are spun much more effectively which has reduced the drying time - nearly in half!
I am thrilled with this purchase.

After extensive research into the best washer/dryer combo for the money, we chose these. Couldn't be happier. Easy to operate, extremely quiet. Saving water, saving electricity, saving detergent from the very first load.

Love this Washer!

Bought this washer along with an LG Dryer after much research. Can't say enough about either, but the washer is the winner here. It has every setting imaginable, I can throw in three times as many towels, jeans, sheet sets as I had before saving me tons of time. I LOVE the no agitator in the center, the best idea yet! Turbo Wash is fantastic, the Wool setting is great and I really like the top load, (I'm back again from a previous stint with a front load) Grab a drink, sit back and read the directions first. Know the washer before you start doing the laundry. This is key to this model. Once you get the gist of it, you are on your way. I do have one minor complaint, not a big deal, I prefer my clothes to be "spun out" on a "low" setting and some of the Cycles don't allow that, I would like all the cycles to allow any spin or water setting. But it certainly isn't a deal breaker for me, I hope to have this washer for many years to come. So far the quality of this machine seems like it will go for miles and its sturdy, super quiet, my clothes are cleaned and done any way I want them, hot, cold, bulky, delicate, bright white, warm, damp, etc. Fabulous product!
