Great product design and features

Have had this washer for a few months now and love the design of the front controls and the features of this washer are fantastic.

Huge loads that get cleaned with little noise

Holds huge loads and gets clothes really clean. Previous washer was large capacity but could not hold more than 4 towels without bouncing around and going through cycles to balance out. UG washer spins and self correct loads with little noise and interruption of cycles. Also easy to use and washes large bulky stuff like blankets, mattress covers, etc.
Pros: Performance, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

Best Washer I've Owned

Have been wanting a Large capacity washer for some time.... was tired of doing multiple loads of wash, especially when it came to our King size bedding. This washer is amazing....EVERYTHING fits! and there are so many wash options and combinations available ... there's a cycle for anything you can think of. LOVE the front controls. It's very quiet, washes great, and while larger in cu. ft., is actually smaller than the washer it replaced. I spent weeks researching washers... glad I found this one... AND it's matching dryer.

I bought this set in Graphite Steel, which would be beautiful in any style of home. The washer is cavernous and because of its advanced features, I can wash in one load what I used to wash in 2-3 loads. The washer determines the size of the load and adjusts the cycle time and water accordingly. I love that the machine doesn't over-spin more delicate clothes or twist pants legs into a spiral, a problem with our previous top loader. Yet it spins every drop of water out of towels and blankets. We are most pleased with this set and highly recommend that you place them at the top of your list.

So, far my wife and I have had no issues with this machine that others talk of in their reviews. We love the size of loads it can handle, even our comforter, which never fit in our old washer. I work construction and have heavily soiled clothes. This washer does as well as any other washer I have ever used for work clothes. The spin cycle is incredibly fast which gets a lot of the moisture out, hence shorter drying time and energy. We are happy!!!
