Very nice machine. Very quiet and looks great. Does wonderful job on cloths and is saving us on our water bill.

Works Great So Far

Have the washer a little over a month and works great. The tub is huge to the point that my short wife cannot reach the bottom.

I wanted to wait to write a review so I could really give an honest opinion. We've had our washer over a year now and I have nothing bad to say about it. I have to admit that when I first saw the wash drum, I couldn't imagine how it would get things clean because I was used to older models with an agitator, but I am "floored" at the performance of it!!! So much so that you can use a lower priced HE detergent and this washer will get it clean! It is so deep that I have to practically "dive in" to get my clothes out because I'm only 5'4" but I don't mind because of the results I get. One thing that really impressed me to purchase this was the fact of "less water used" per load. My water bill has gone down $15 a month between my washer and dishwasher from LG. That may not impress some people but for us in AZ, that's a huge savings. The other thing that really was a selling point, was the "choices" of the wash cycles. Here again, LG is the leader in Innovative. The last thing I have to say, is that if they really want you to buy their product, how come they don't believe in it enough to give you a longer than one year warranty? It would give people more "Peace Of Mind" and that is why I won't give the option of 5 on "Quality".

The most important feature to me when I bought this new washer was the spin feature. How would it do when washing a large or heavy load. Well, I can tell you now that it's super!!!! My last washer would dance all over the place. I finally had to put heavy duty no slip cups under all four adjustment knobs, so that I could keep it from moving around. I can't say enough good things about my new LG washer.

I've had the washer for about a month, and I am so pleased with it. The washer is so quiet, I barely hear it. The large capacity tub is so nice. I can wash the dog beds with ease, as well as comforters. There are so many cycle options, that I haven't even tried, but the front panel controls make it so easy to work.

So far this washer has been working perfectly. The washer holds a lot of clothes and spins them at a high speed, so it doesn't take very long to dry them. I like the glass top so I can see what's going on inside the machine without opening the lid.
