Great capacity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this for about a month, and find it very good. There are a couple of things that might make it even better: 1) although the washer determines the load size itself, it isn't all that easy to determine the amount of detergent to add, since my assessment of load size might not agree with the machine's assessment; 2) It's fairly noisy at times, and if it's in a living space one gets the feeling that an airplane might be approaching.
Pros: easy to use

Great product - smart machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the best washers we have ever owned. Only one small issue - remember to take the coins out of your pockets. Coins can easily get wedged, and grind, in the bottom of the wash basin in the crack between to parts of the wash drum, causing all kinds of problems.

Good Quality Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my washer a month ago and like it very much. The only problem one may have is that the tub is so deep. At 5'6" I have to stand on my tiptoes to reach small articles, like socks, that are on the bottom. I also had trouble locating the serial number. The website said it was on the back of the washer, but without pulling the washer out, I could not read it. I promptly shot off an email and received a quick response. LG has must have received other complaints, because it has also been added to the right side of the washer. Website needs to be updated. To date I am very happy with my new washer, and I like having the controls on the front top of the washer. I would definitely recommend this washer.
