[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with my new washer, apart from the fact that i can't reach into the very bottom of the machine! This is due to the controls being at the front of the machine; hence you have to reach over the controls rather than just the tub.

Great Brand

My washer before this one was having problems from day one and I was calling to have it serviced. LG will be my go to brand from now on for everything in my home. Don't ever change LG

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this washer. So many options for cycles. Love the delayed timer. I use this all the time when I want to set up the laundry - but wait for it to start until everyone has finished showers, etc. for the morning routine. Love how energy efficient it is - and how little water it uses!! (I haven't had a new washer in 15 years - so this HE feature is something i'm loving!)
The only problem I have with this washer is that it is taller than the "old style" and I am pretty short (5'1"). Therefore, i have trouble reaching all the way down into the tub to get the clothes out. It's not too bad for bulky things like towels - but items like socks are a real problem!! I actually considered returning the washer - and went back to the store to scope out front loaders (as all the top load washers seem taller now). But - i really loved the washer - so i wasn't convinced i wanted to return it. After looking at all my options - i decided to keep it. and I'm glad. I use a reacher to get the small items at the bottom of the tub. and i'm getting used to it. Not ideal - but it works. (Maybe LG could design a feature to "raise" the bottom of the tub after the load is completed to make the laundry easier to reach!! haha)
But for efficiency and ease of use - and cool technology (i love buttons and digital functions) - this is a GREAT washer. Great price, too!!
