Love my machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love, love, love this machine! I think my favorite feature is the load sensing. It works to make sure the load is balanced and knows just the amount of water to use

I'm Not disappointed

My old machine was also deep so I didn't think I'd have an issue. Wrong - I now have a step stool to remove my clothes. No one can tell me this machine (or any other) that says it's "efficient" , is efficient. It may take less water but it sure uses a whole lot more electricity! It does hold a lot more items than my old machine (it was only 3 yrs old when it gave out) but keep in mind your "old" dryer may not hold that many items.

Not Happy with Wash Cycle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this washer for a few weeks and at first I was very happy with it and was ready to give it a 5-star rating but I have been noticing it is leaving soap scum stains on my clothes so I have to run my clothes through another cycle to get them clean. Otherwise it seems to be a good washing machine - it is deep as others have said and I am 6 feet tall. The drum is huge! I would recommend this washer with reservations - if it starts cleaning better I will change my review but as of right now having to run my clothes through 2-cycles to get them clean is a waste of time and water.
