Very Disappointed in LG

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After standing on my tippy toes and leaning over the control panels/board to retrieve all of the laundry for 2 years, the start button no longer works. What is so bad about having controls in the back? So children can't reach them. You could've eliminated the child locked feature. I am 5'7" and have always had a hard time getting all of the clothes out of the washer. I wasted more money on water because of washing loads more than once. Now I am worried that my double built in convection ovens with the same smooth control panel will break. Same as my dishwasher. I blame my husband for trusting LG to much. I am so sick. Ugh!

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The chart in the instruction manual is well-written, which helps in the choice of program. I also sppreciate knowing how long the wash cycle will last.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer 2 years ago, and it’s been so amazing. It’s giant tub gives me the ability to wash anything. The features and design are unsurpassed. I love the see through lid, gives me the ability to see how my clothes are washed. The sound feedback is just right. Great technology for just a washer. If this washer ever breaks I’ll prolly buy the same one again.
