[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been about 9 months since purchase. Couldnt be happier. Both washer and dryer are working beautifully. Front panel on washer will be scratched on first day. Not sure why this happens as we tried to be very careful no to scratch it.

Great washer, but

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought this washer, love the front controls, intuitive settings. But something that was overlooked by those who designed it is the fact that women with average length arms will have a hard time reaching the laundry in the washer. I have to use tongs to get it out. The engineers at LG have to come up with a solution, either a bottom that lifts up to bring the laundry higher or some other kind of way to get the laundry out. I did not buy the front loading because I have a back problem and can not bend too well.

Reviews of LG Products were highly liked and the price of LG Products are always competitive. My wife uses this machine everday to save water and electricty! It is a very quite running machine and cleans beautifuly! My family loves to hear it run,it is so quiet! With out a doubt one, the best washing machine on the market! I'm seriously in love.

I'm seriously in love with this clothes washer. I cannot think of any higher praise than that. If you pay attention, the controls are easy to learn. Our clothes are beyond clean. My one discomfort is the deep tub ... I'm short and at first had to call my husband to remove our clothes to the dryer (also an LG and also greatly loved). I solved that problem with stainless steel long barbeque tongs. Thank you, LG. ♥

Machines of the future

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the washer and matching dryer last 10 months ago and have been impressed ever since. It is truly an understatement to say I couldn't be more impressed. In this day and age it is hard to come by great quality and service and should be noted and appreciated when come by. I love how quiet they both are and how much more efficient they operate than our old ones. The features they have are impressive to say the least, and the engineering designs are great! As I stated originally very impressed so far and definitely putting lg at the top of my list for future appliances!
