[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been waiting for LG to come out with this model with the doors not drawers for the bottom freezer. I think it's great. The whole layout is good with the shelves adjusting and the special use locations. The LED lighting is very good. No place for your food to hide and be forgotten. I also thought the cost was very good for all the features. The 5 year guarantee on the compressor is great. I like that there are no handles protruding at all which allows more front room and gives it a sleek look. The only thing that I have a bit of an issue with is that it's high. My 5 foot mate has a problem with the top shelves and I had to get her a step stool to help her reach the items on that shelf it beyond that it's a great beautiful refrigerator. One further thing. The width is 1/2 inch too wide for my space and I had the widen it to accommodate it but it was worth it. I'm pleased with this LG frig and have been with all my LG appliances.

The cycles are confusing, the water level for the particular cycles is never appropriate. Comforters are still too wet after the spin cycle is over. I'd like to know who designs these washers and dryers?? Certainly not women.
