Lots of Ice

Had GE appliances in my other house and enjoyed them for over 9 years. When building a new home, naturally looked seriously at GE again. Chose this unit because of the dual evaporators, two ice makers and the bottom drawer freezer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the double doors, finally I can put big platters and cakes in the fridge! Also love the fact I can have more ice in the bottom freezer. Just switch it off when I don't need as much...it's that easy!

Have researched and compared to others. This one has all the features that I was looking for. Roomy and very user friendly on the controls. Absolutely love it! And it looks wonderful in my kitchen!

We have used this refrigerator for 3 months and have had no issues. It has a space for everything, so you can be as organized or as unorganized as you want and still find what you need. Lots of room for leftovers.

Very Happy With Our Choice

We like the generous space and lighting in this model and have not had any regrets. We had little hesitation with choosing another GE refrigerator since our last GE Profile was purchased in 1986 and is still operating today, with the exception of the ice maker taking an occasional vacation. The new model cools well and operates efficiently, and the climate controlled drawers definitely keep our fruits and vegetables fresher longer. We love having two ice makers, although they are a bit noisy as they dump and refill but it is tolerable. The pull out freezer drawer is so deep that it holds almost triple what I could get in the old side by side. The only thing I would change, is the removal of a rod on the right shelf and a half space that prevents you from pushing tall items, like tea pitchers and milk cartons, further back. Overall, we highly recommend this model and just hope this one gives us 30 years of reliable service!

Plenty of room

Absolutely love this refrigerator. The freezer has plenty of space along with an optional ice maker (you can turn it off or on). We bought the slate and it cleans very well.

We bought this refrigerator on June 27, 2015 and already having issues with it not working properly. We had a service technician come out and the fan will have to be replaced.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
