The fridge was under warranty and the tech came out replace it with upgraded fan and has been working for a week now.

We purchased this a couple of months ago. Its smaller than the GE Profile side-by=side we previously had, the ice/water dispenser opening ois taller than average galss/cup which makes the ice fall everywhere, and ice in the ice maker dispenser continues to get trapped in the bottom of the ice maker not allowing ice to dispense. We like the new look and style, but truly missed the space of our old refrig.

This appliance has been great. The overall appearance is amazing.Great finish and perfect slate covering. The storage in this fridge is endless. The LED lighting is brilliant, and ensures that nothing is overlooked on those midnight spot checks! Everything about this appliance is spot on!
