Refrigerator stopped working

I bought this about a year ago and yesterday is just stopped working. The lights stopped working and it's defrosting.But the door lights work. I'll call the service tech today- Saturday- and hopefully I won't lose all of my food.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

this unit looks great and the features are just as nice. you can actually change the lighting to several different colors in the veggie/meat drawer. the showcase lighting is a great touch.

We just go this installed and love it! We replaced a 20 year old frig with this gorgeous one and have no idea how to use up all the space. Love the adjustable shelf and so quiet.

We just purchased this refrigerator to replace a GE fridge from 1985. This fridge is MUCH louder than our 30+ year old fridge. Buyer beware.

First brand new refrigerator I have ever bought and I love it. I bought it sight unseen and I am very pleased. Love the changeable light option and how much room this refrigerator has.

bought this fridge less than a year ago and now its not working properly. temperatures are all over the place i have some food freezing solid and another part of the fridge its room temp. also ice maker doesn't work
