Easy to maintained and clean.

It is a large product for two people. But it was worth expense. Very quite. Very ample room. Met my families needs. Especialy when children and grandchildren visit for meals. I would highly recommend LG products. We shop for two weeks looking for Bottom-Freezer even with french doors. But the choice came to size that fit in our kitchen.

We can't fit a double door unit in our kitchen...this one fits and looks good doing it! The bottom freezer is great for access to items and has great storage space. Matches perfectly with our LG dishwasher, stove and microwave! It put the finishing touch on our recently remodeled kitchen. Love it!

Frig is great. Freezer is lg but food gets buried

Love the large customizable frig and the stylish looks. Freezer is harder to get used to. Things on top are easy to see but sometimes we have to dig for things that have worked their way to the bottom.

Largest fridge to fit in the available opening

We have looked for so long for a replacement fridge to fit the opening in our kitchen and this was just perfect. We wanted to stay with a frrezer on the bottom. Plenty of room and so far so good. I do not get the noise in the icemaker that some reviewrs mention. We are very happy with this unit and only wish there is a way to guard against prints on the stainless steel finish.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I do like this refrigerator, it has one weak area. The Crisper cover is not braced well on the sidewalls. The center support is designed well, but I have now replaced the cover assembly twice since the tracking for the drawers has cracked. This causes the crisper drawers to sit on the bottom on the outer side. When this happens, it can also break the clips that hold the drawer in place.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this item back in 2015. Haven't had any major issues other than the Ice Maker. The water line assembly is defective and I didn't have any issues finding a replacement part but have issues in understanding exactly how to install it. It is not mentioned with either the replacement part or the manual exactly on how to do it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Owning this refrigerator has proven that LG refrigerators are NOT made to last. The refrigerator is about 7 yrs old. I've had multiple issues with it. Recently an LG Service Technician attempted to repair it (twice), then stated it was unrepairable.

I purchased this refrigerator in 2015 and have not had any issues with it at all until the defroster heater went out a couple weeks ago. Because it's been such a good unit, it's been repaired rather than replaced. That's an example of a great product!
